COLD EXPRESS:

can be used after putting into the icebox for 30 minuters in advance also can be put into the icebox for long time for fear urgent use.

HOT EXPRESS:

can be used after hearing in the microware oven ( middle power) for 90 seconds. If continuous use the heating time should be within 60 seconds
